Not the best looking or cleanest plaza in Mendoza but it has a nature feel to it, dog friendly you can let you dog run around and other dogs are usually there, the plaza has a fountain in the middle in special occasions they dye the fountain colors there you can also see some people taking showers from time to time, there is a statue of San Martín y O'Higgins and is to due with friendship. They also celebrate the Chilean Independence Day I think is September 18
