Had a lovely time at the plantation today, the best one we visited on the island! Charming cafe and souvenir shop. Access is free, so you can wonder around the greenhouses, but if you need any additional information or tips staff is more than helpful! Shoutout to Raya, he’s energy truly fills the room, it was really nice to meet you.

The pineapple plantation was our last trip in the Azores. It is an amazing place where you can see the entire process of pineapple cultivation. The site has a wonderful atmosphere, and you also have the opportunity to taste various pineapple-based products. The local staff are very kind and helpful. Special thanks go to the bartender at the bar, who explained everything to us and offered us fantastic pineapple products. A truly beautiful experience. 🍍

Fun place to visit. You can see how pineapples grow and see their stages of growth. There is a cafe/bar with pineapple food and drinks (made from their produce) and a shop where you can also buy some stuff to go (gifts or to consume at home). It’s a relatively quick visit, less than an hour with eating and drinking. Also - it’s FREE to enter.

A family owned pineapple farm. It is not big, where you can walk through in 10 ~ 15 minutes.

Shop owner is very friendly and willing to share knowledge of this place. We ordered a slice pineapple cake that they baked by themselves and a cup of coffee as appreciation.

It was a nice experience but nothing WOW. We had a bowl of pineapple each and found 8 euro a bit overpriced for what it was. Just some pieces of pineapple, not wven some juice. Otherwise, still a nice place to visit
