This place is one of the iconic places when I visited Souq Waqif. You will see many birds flocking this area if you are lucky or when there are not so many people there, drink the water.

The Corniche: Perfect for people watching and judging tourists who forgot their hats. You’ll see more sunburns here than in a tanning salon. Lesson learned.

A nice historical well in Souq Waqif that showcases the humble history of Doha and the Gulf Region.
It reminds everyone that the current luxurious and upscale lifestyle of Qatar wasn’t always the case at all, and that the past life for the older generation of Qataris was full of hardships and struggles.
