I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH
Eventhough it's a very touristy area, I'm in love with how they show the lives of Hmong tribes. It's seriously one of a kind experience. Costume rental shops are everywhere in this place!
Disclaimer, there are alot of stairs so take that into account when planning to come here.

Beautiful place. It was an experience in itself. Its a very lovely village with lots and lots of selfie points. You can get the local dress on rent for even cool pictures. Be ready to bargain as much as you can on everything including the dress on rent. Will have to do quite a lot of walking so be ready with good shoes or slippers. While going back ( going up) there are e-vehicles available on rent for a portion of the journey.

Good experience at this place, I ride a bike to there because if you are walking to this place might take time about 20-30 mins for quick walk so better find a motorbike to send you there. 150k if not mistaken for the entrance and motorbike 100k.

After being dropped off by Grab, you’ll find plenty of shops offering rentals of the native Cat Cat tribe dress. This is completely optional — we chose not to rent one since it was too hot at the time we arrived. You can either walk or hire a motorcycle to get to the village.
If you do rent a dress, there are many photographers around who can help capture great angles and make your photos stand out. The area also has lots of cafés and coffee shops where you can take a break.
Overall, Cat Cat V

Very commercialized, btw the waterfall are manmade. A lot of photo ops for the influencer community. The tubing thing has opened. The dance perfomances are fun. Make sure to dance. Other smaller villages nesr by are considered to be more authentic.
