A beautiful close to nature beach. We found a lot of wildlife here like crabs, snake, lizard and interesting birds. It's not a typical commercial beach and in the morning there's hardly any space to put your towel down because of the tide, but you just have to walk 10 minutes to get to a good spot. It's great for walking and exploring. Also beautiful sunsets.

Nang Thong Beach in Khao Lak was really nice. The water was good, the sand felt great, and the whole area had a calm and relaxing vibe. There are also plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby, which is super handy.

The beach is beautiful, but in the end, it’s still just a beach — nothing too special or unique. That’s why we give it 4 stars instead of 5.

Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would happily come back again.

This beach is also called blacksand beach.

The beach is lovely with a lot of treasures as my kids described.

It was not very clear but it's still lovely.

We stayed at The Sands so we walked out when it was low tide but the waves were quite strong.

We love the beautiful fallen trees and the drifted woods.
