It's an area with more than one museum. Some parts are free. The paid part isn't too expensive. If you want to visit all the museums, it costs 34 zlotys, while a single museum costs 14 zlotys, as I recall.

It's 25 zlotys but on Thursday it's free except for a movie that I didn't see because of time pressure. I did see the arsenal in the old building, some very nice exhibits and good explanations in English on the interactive panels. There's a new place besides it focusing on the 20th century, but here none of the panels worked
