Great exhibits and artifacts of Islamic art including costumes, paintings, carpets, jewelry, even daily utensils and more. As there are numerous stunning pieces on display spread over several floors, would recommend an at least 2 hour visit for museum aficionados

A truly stunning building inside and out. Minimum time you would spend here is 2.5hours but to see everything properly it would be longer. It's best to purchase a museum pass if you're thinking of doing this and the Qatar national museum. We were only informed here but had already visited the other museum. The pass is for 3 museums and would work out alot cheaper. The building is very spacious and not much for the younger children inside.
