I revisited the museum in Nov 2025 and was pleasantly surprised that the place has been renovated—very clean, simpler displays with focus on historical perspectives of ‘Panama hat.’ More significantly, I learned that they have a small store of hats made by artisan women. Each hat is labeled with the artisan’s name/initials and the asking price.
