Get there early for sunrise. The secret is out, so you need to stake out a spot at least 30 minutes in advance of sunrise if not earlier at busy times of the year. A number of tour groups were there staging photo shoots, which is a bit annoying. They can be aggressive in staking out the best views. I did have cell service at the top, so you shouldn't have problems calling a taxi or Uber, assuming they are around that early in the morning.
