If you should be lucky enough to arrive at sunset, you’ll have a great view and big crowds of fellow enthusiasts wishing to salute the setting sun. Christ, the Redeemer is also visible from this fortunate perch.

Mirante de Leblon is a must do activity in Rio. The views are amazing and you can see all Leblon, Ipanema, and a small part of Copacabana. It is best to visit really early in the morning so you can watch the Sun rise or in the evening after 5:00pm so you can see the sunset and avoid the really hot temperatures. Make sure you take a lot of pictures and also make sure that you use sun protector You can always take an Uber and then walk for about 5 minutes or you can rent a bike or you can just sim

An nice spot with views of both Ipanema and Leblon. There are two quiosques serving food and drinks, making it a great lunch option. A simple, relaxed space to snap a few photos and enjoy a bite or a drink. There’s also Itaú bike parking nearby, so it’s easy to cycle over from Leblon or Ipanema. Not a lot to do but a good stop.

A great lookout at the end of ipanema beach providing a panoramic perspective of the mayhem on the beach. Note that on the weekends the beaches are particularly packed & there is little room to breathe. If you are looking for a relaxing time, go during the week days.
