This rating is for their customer service. It is so rare to see a business invest so much time with a customer, even when you realise they might not rent. Considering the limitations of our family it proved impossible to find suitable bikes in the short time we had in Essaouira. Still, they spent maybe more than half an hour answering all our questions, letting us try various bikes and exploring possible solutions. And, all these in a very friendly and not pushy way. 10+ for customer service.
