I would say this is one of the top three places to visit in Tbilisi. The exterior architecture of the cathedral and its courtyard are truly impressive. It is located in a very large and open area. The interior clearly reflects that it is a relatively modern church — it is very big, spacious, and bright. Visiting this place was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
