Wonderful spiritual service of Greek, Latin and English. Kerie Eleison was sung in the (correct?) Greek intonation, somewhat different to that in the UK. The different Catholic traditions were interesting to experience.

Nice church. No entry fee

A beautiful Catholic Church with the Saturday 7:00 (19:00) mass in English. It is easy to walk past the entrance as the church itself is a half block back through a tunnel like entrance squeezed between commercial shops.

This small, beautiful catholic church is easy to miss, but it is very much worth visiting! It is very serene and quiet, and has some bery pretty artwork inside.

Mass times are at 7pm Monday - Saturday, and 10am on Sunday. Weekly masses were in Greek and Sunday mass was in Greek and English.
From what I could find, this is the only Catholic Church on Crete. It’s right accross the street from the large Greek Orthodox Church.
It’s run by the Franciscans, the priest’s name is currently Father Luca.
May our Lord bless you for your visit.
