Great to see these "flying foxes" during the day hanging around in two of the tree canopies. They start to stir and fly about 6pm, but don't expect them to fly all at once. It's staggered.

We got there for sunset (5:40pm) and they were starting to stretch and wake up and then about 6ish they really started to get active. They make a lot of noise and the locals don’t even watch they are so used to them all above the park.
