Whether you come during a sunny afternoon or just before sunset, the atmosphere is unbeatable. The beach has a perfect mix of locals and visitors — people swimming, walking the Seawall, playing volleyball, or simply sitting on the sand watching the city slow down. Despite being right in downtown Vancouver, it feels open, calm, and refreshing.

I visited during the Firework festival. Very lively place. Huge crowd. Lots of activities around. Probably wanna visit during calmer day and see the beach. Anyway, it's a well organized event with beautiful drones and fireworks. Easy transportation using public transportation. Not sure about parking.
