We paid ₫100,000 for each ticket. There was no tour guidance available that we could tell. The garden is somewhat maintained. There were about 5 workers present who were cleaning and re-soiling the garden. It is a good amount of walking and steps climbing. There are various themes for each area. The lakes were drying up. Steps could be slipping due to heavy rain. One step had moved. Plan to spend about 45 minutes of walking around the whole place. It's a good place to sit and enjoy the cool
