Please, please if you visit the park, find Danjiela’s Shop and donate to the cause! She has been taking care of the cats for more than thirty years and if every tourist to Kotor donated just 1€ the impact would be great. I am so glad someone is taking care of the Cats of Kotor and wish I could do more to help ❤️

This is such a cute park with so many cats! My son (4 years old) was so excited to go to the park. We bought cat food at the market closest to the park and he went around feeding the cats. They were all so friendly and well taken care of. There was even a baby kitten there.

I love these little cats and am so happy they have a place to be. Some don’t look so great so I wish there was more info about how to help care for them. Others are very soft and healthy. Some will sit next to you or even on you lap.

An amazing little part of the city. So many cats to pet and play with. They are taken care of by the city. There is a machine in the park that allows people to recycle plastic bottles in exchange for some food for the cats.

Lots of kitties in the park. The recycling machine to dispense cat food was full every time so didn’t get to see that in action, but locals are obviously feeding the days as well. All the cafe and shop owners we saw were accommodating with the felines and not shooing them away.
