Bloedel Conservatory is a must-see attraction for anyone in Vancouver with kids or with visitors from out-of-town. Especially when the weather outside is cold or wet, the year-round tropical climate offers a welcome escape. The combination of tropical plants, water features, free-flying exotic birds and a dozen larger parrots and cockatoos on platforms provides an hour or two of entertainment. The admission price is quite reasonable, and the location in Queen Elizabeth Park (Vancouver’s highest
