One of most visited Beach place in Batticaloa. Very silent beach in evening not like Batticaloa Main Beach this beach is really clean and you can spend the time with your Family or Friends here. in Sundays you can be able to see mens having drink parties but still there is no issues. i recommend this place for your next visit.

Not worth the place to visit. The pine forest is filled with rubbish. The beach wad clean but cannot bathe in it. I heard they sell fish near the beach in the early mornings (where they have constructed a concrete structure). The pine forest is a mess and I am not here only to criticize but to make people aware of the reality. I even saw condoms on the ground.

I ACTUALLY found it very dirty with wild dogs wondering about. Lots of rubbish on the sand.if you want to go for a swim in the sea,forget it.too dangerous. Sri Lanka needs to cleanup the rubbish and educate its people not to throw rubbish down anywhere
