Arnel was the best tour guide for me and my 91 year old mom. We rode on the boat and tour boat to the Underground River. He held my mom's hand, and helped her keep steady, comfortable, and safe. At her age, this was a hometown visit for my mom, so she wanted to venture out to see places she had never seen before.
