Nice small park in Zamalek area. Entrance fee is only 20 EGP ( $0.5) for foreigners. For a tip you can see and hold a real python, baby crocodiles, chameleon, turtles, feed the fish. A very kind man at the entrance gave us a tour. You can also see a family of bats in a cave. A good place to take a break from the city noise and take beautiful photos. You may need about an hour to explore.

It's still pretty quiet there, especially on weekends. I went there on my bike, and it was a really emotional experience because it brought back childhood memories. It was fun seeing all the teenagers roller skating and skateboarding. It's a good place to take a quick break if you're tired. It's not a huge park, but it'll do the job during your busy day to get away from the city's hustle and bustle, even though it's not super clean and could use some more attention.

The scenery here is lovely and it's a quiet spot away from the business of Cairo, however there's quite a lot of staff who send you to places etc, none of them were pushy or anything, all lovely. However, it made it tricky to have a nice walk without feeling eyes on you. I only looked at one pond of fishes and they were in pretty bad conditions, so I didn't go in to see the rest of the fish. They have 2 giant tortoises that are really cool.
It was cheap enough to get in, so still worth a visit

Waste of time. The park is so dirty and unkempt that it loses its charm. Whole park was very dusty and dirty. Kids of young age came here to hang out with thier maybe ‘truly forever partner’. Aquarium is nice. But so visibly underfunded. They have interesting reptiles that you can see up close. Go there if you are interested otherwise don’t bother. FYI- you have to pay cash for tickets.
