Beautiful, ancient ruins in the heart of Antigua. Situated beside the San Sebastián Park and Plaza. No way to enter the ruins. You can only look at it from the outside. It seems like it is weathering the years quite well.

The Parish of San Sebastián was one of the first churches built in the city of Santiago de los Caballeros, now Antigua Guatemala.
The ruins of the church are closed to the public, and a small children's playground is located next to them.
The Parish of San Sebastián was part of the Archdiocese of Guatemala and, along with the parishes of Candelaria and Los Remedios, was one of the three that governed the old city.
The building was damaged by the devastating Santa Marta earthquake of 1773 but
