Absolutely fantastic. I was there for opening day almost 50 years ago. Still awesome. It’s called Africam with an M after the last name of then original owner, Camacho. It is not a misspelling. Sadly, he died, saving some idiot visitors that got out of their car in the Lion section to take pictures.
In the other sections, they have emus and peacocks walking around with the visitors. There’s also an aviary. All around great fun..

Very well run from the logistics point of view, the animals are healthy and well cared for, lots of park rangers around. About 3/4 is self drive by car, there's a Spotify play list for each paddock with interesting facts. The last part is more of a traditional zoo, the aviary is a highlight where you can buy 10 peso seed sticks and feed the small birds. We planned to spend 2 hours, stayed over four! Great for small kids. Lots of snack stands, the popcorn was super delicious and they let you

This was a fantastic experience for the whole family, our 2 kids loved the intimate experience feeding the giraffes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the animals look healthy and in great shape, and the space is well maintained.

A super cool drive thru zoo. After you drive thru all the way, there is a walking experience where u get to see even more animals and insects. Such a cool experience for the kids. The animals looked very healthy and well taken care of. Such a delightful place, will come back!

The only problem can be lots of visitors, so 🚗 cars drive very slowly and under the sun 🌞 it can be a tricky time with kids in a car!
So I would choose time to enter wisely. Maybe not weekends if you have opportunity!
