As a wedding photographer I can say this place is very photogenic. The architecture arches textures and soft natural light are perfect for couple portraits. The space feels calm and private and the images have an elegant editorial look.

Beautiful picturesque tower along a long boardwalk running parallel to the ocean beach front. Parking is alongside the boardwalk which is paid through the park mobile app.

I didn't know the significance of the clock, but the beach area was really nice and clean. I could feel the warm sand beneath my toes as the waves crashed gently. Umbrella chair seating maybe for a fee nearby. Free parking on the side of the road closest to the beach. Just pay attention to the signs. Don't just park anywhere.
