Spent 15 minutes watching the birds and butterflies, very peaceful. A couple men wandered in, I think maybe they got lost ? Apart from that it was lovely.

Beautiful park for morning and evening walks. Great location to play with your dogs with no concerns. I live right next to the womens peace park and i always get there to relax my brain. Or if am not feeling the best. .

I was having such a rough day that was coming through as anger and frustration and then when I just sat in silence at the park, it was so peaceful I was able to relax enough to then just cry out my bad feelings and I left feeling refreshed and tranquil. It is an absolute transformative experience.

This park has been the starting point of many of our Sunday runs during Covid. This week-end we opened the season for local picnics. Perfect place also for some outdoor yoga.
