Fantastic experience, loved the history and wallpaper.

This cottage is the oldest house in Queenstown dating back to 1864, with good efforts made by the community for its preservation. My favourite part was the exhibit outlining how the house came to be, and how it has seen the gold rush, both worlds wars, and more.
The cottage now has art, photographs and souvenirs on sale to fund its ongoing preservation. We found some cute, dainty and reasonable priced memoirs to take home. A good place for a quick visit or coffee (separate booth up front).

really cool to see all the old architecture and how they used to make houses all them many years ago this being the oldest house in queenstown there was lots of information about the house and all the staff there were extremely knowledgeable and kind :)

The oldest house in Queenstown dating back to 1864. It currently has arts and old photographs and other souvenirs on sale. There is information about the cottage itself through the years in photos too which I found interesting. Good place for a quick visit. They also serve coffee out front.

Nice little historic site. Quaint store inside, with art and local pieces. Good to see the old house still in use. Worth a visit for a unique souvenir.
