Kinda pricish but 3 exhibitions were worth it. Particularly the one picturing war of resistance against Japan. Heartbreaking, disturbing and thought-provoking. If you a fan of Liu Qing and Quan Shanshi it’s definitely something for you to explore. Plan at least 1,5 hours for a visit.
The ticket also includes 60 yuan that you can exchange for some item in a souvenir shop nearby.

The West Bund Art Museum is located right by the river and features both permanent and rotating exhibitions. There's always great art to enjoy. There are both free and paid areas. Admission is affordable and highly worthwhile. You can also enjoy views of the river from the top floor, which offers convenient access by calling a Didi for both ways.

The West Bund Art Museum, located in Shanghai's Xuhui District, opened in 2019. Located along the riverside promenade, the museum offers beautiful views. It features both free and paid exhibitions. The museum collaborates with the Centre Pompidou in France, sharing exhibits. In July 2023, I visited the exhibition "Reflections of Portraiture," which showcased paintings, photographs, and installations from the Centre Pompidou's collection spanning over a century.
