West Bay Beach in Doha is a pretty nice spot considering there aren’t a ton of beaches around. While my wife (who’s Brazilian) and I have seen some incredible beaches elsewhere, this one definitely has its charm. It’s clean, it’s got a chill vibe, and the best part is you can bring your dog along, which is a huge plus. So overall, I’d say it’s a solid five stars for the area!

My first visit here and I loved it. Absolutely great value. Loads of little eateries and juice and coffee shops. Volleyball, kids play areas, sun loungers and umbrellas. Bathrooms. Friendly staff.

Very nice and well maintained beach and great waters. Plenty of sunloungers available. There are few cafes and eateries, paid water sports and sports arena at the beach.

Very pleasant time to go during November in the Sunlight before it becomes chilly.

Also, they have some company discounts so always best to check at the entrance before payment.

West bay beach never disappoints. The parking is a issue on the weekends. Charged valet parking is available (qar 30) Entrance is qar 50 per adult. Meat amd clean with paid sports facilities. Food court area available at decent prices.

Open till 5:30 pm for swimming but we saw people hanging around for volleyball and just chilling past that time. Swimwear allowed. Beach chairs available. No outside food allowed. Can wash off sand outside in open shower, no showering allowed in the toilet. I loved the vibe and the sea water was warm even at 5:30 pm.
