In it's prime or at peak hours it is probably great. Unfortunately, when we visited (admittedly, a Sunday afternoon) everything was turned off. The water wall and everything in the water park. The next day, Monday, the water wall was briefly on but everything else in the park was still off.

Great place for a walk meanwhile you visiting the Oceanarium and all the Oriente/Vasco da gama area. It's not very impressive this specific area, but all around was built on the late 90's, that means, you gonna be surprised by a completely different Lisbon!
