We were in Siem Real for a week after the cruise. We beiienour days up via 3 day temple pass and then other. This museum was on one of the off days.
It is not a typical.museum. It is an alike private collection by a family/collector who owns some land and decided to share the pieces for education.
The property has numerous pieces of armour as well as a helicopter and jet. You can n actually climb, and immerse yourself into the equipment. CAUTION - sharp edges as well as several pieces have bee

I have heard a lot about the pain in Cambodia. I visited this museum yesterday. The price is very reasonable. I was met my Sinarth when I stepped into the back of the museum. He invited me to sit and listen. What incredible stories of pain and resilience. He lost his whole family at 9 years old and became a soldier at 13. He has suffered. The land has many relics of the past battles in Cambodia. Tanks, artillery, grenades, and landmines. This is not an old war, it is still pretty recent. Loo

This museum has a good outdoor space gives visitors a good range of military exhibits like tanks, fighting vehicles, howitzers, rocket launcher, anti-air guns etc including a MIG plane and a helicopter. They are mainly from the communist bloc, well weathered; some are not complete with missing parts probably either cannibilized or sold as scraps; and some damaged during the conflicts in the past. A quite considerable collection of the weapons and war machines in the garden. There are some basic information plates, but generally the museum is lacking more detailed information about the civil war itself, front lines etc. Entry 5 USD (as of December 2025). Locatea in the outskirts, you will need a motorbike or a tuc tuc to reach it. It is worth visiting it despite the museum has got a lot of space for the improvement.
