Amazingly beautiful views and very quiet and clean place. Free restrooms located in Cetinje monastery. Free parking available near Montenegro national museum.

The staff @ the tourist office at the parking near the park is helpful but they know only a few words in English (24/07/2018 PM). The place also has toilets.
