If you get the chance to take a walk through the park, you should definitely take it. It's quite interesting to see what's located in the middle of a residential area. Well, the surrounding houses aren't bad either. It's definitely worth a visit when the weather is nice. It's quite pleasant up there with the view over Stuttgart.

Well, it no doubt a beautiful building, but you will hardly see anything apart from what there is already on the pictures. The building is used by the government and is thus walled off with security cameras on every meter.

Also, don’t go there on foot from the city enter (like I did). It’s a constant uphill at a 30-40 degree angle - rather tiring. Though you will find very nice residential buildings on the way.
