Very nice view during the whole day but if you wish to have the best photo, go there during sunset or sunrise. Sunrise is without crowds, just few drunk people but it was really special to be there at 6:30 am.

Dirty, congested, tasteless, overcrowded, overpriced. You’d expect such a popular island to have good infrastructure, but it’s actually quite deprived (except for the port area, which is neat).
The landscape of the island is rugged and arid, with too little greenery to veil the poor state of things.
