We spent a full day here and it was just perfect. Lovely golden sand beach, well maintained loungers, and indulgent food enjoyed in the nearby restaurant.
TIP: Don't expect anything special from the bar nearby. You'd be best to give the cocktails a miss.

Came here as part of a cruise ship excursion. Know that this beach is where all the Antigua "on your own" or "independent" beach excursions go - so it can be very busy if there are a lot of ships in port. Would not recommend visiting here only for that reason.
The beach is pretty, but if you're visiting on your own, recommend going to Ffrey's Beach, which is just around the corner.

Worth the longer ride if you are arriving by cruise. Ship. Has beautiful beaches along with chairs, umbrellas restaurant and bar if you're looking for that. There are a lot of people trying to sell you stuff on the beach which is a little bit annoying but overall had a really great time.

Very pretty, very enticing looking beach. It's one of the longest ones we've seen while vacationing in Antigua. Access is easy and parking plentiful.
On the cons side, there's a smell there. I assume that it comes from the ponds in the back, but it's also reminiscent of urine. I don't know. But it does spoil the fun a little.
As with other beaches around, bring your favourite PWC rental swatter, they're definitely there and quite annoying.

Great beach with calm, clear water and white sand. Chairs and umbrellas for rent and a nice beach bar with wifi.
