It's not a park in the broader sense. It's a small corner area paved over with a small fountain and a restaurant next to it.

It's ok but there are better parks to visit

It shouldn't even be called a park. It's just a dangerous and kinda ugly fountain with metal spikes and dirty water, yet people get water from it to put on their heads, wash hands, splash on their faces and let their kids play all over it. Homeless people use it too.
