Dubrovnik is a beautiful city with old stone wall. There is cable car as well. Along the area there are many sourviniers and gift shops selling fridge magnets, keychains etc. There are also jewellery and foods shops. There are several mandarin trees with lots of ripe fruits.

The city walls are well worth a visit but go early to avoid the crowds and be aware there are over 1000 steps spread across the walls. The side nearest the old harbour is the tallest so the worst is out of the way early, but bear in mind steps are the key feature right round. Buy the Dubrovnik pass to gain entry to the walls, fort and other attractions and skip the queues but be prepared to wait and go in line across the walls due to steep turrets and lots of people

Best view overlooking Old Town. Beautiful tower which is very tall and on top you can have a 360 degree view of Dubrovnik. It is only accessible by the City Wall

One of the most prominent and most visited Dubrovnik’s protecting towers as well as the highest point of its defence system. Entrance is through the City Walls, and this is one of the last forts that you enter.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed visiting Tvrđava Minčeta Tower during our walk around the old town of Dubrovnik. As the highest point along the city walls, the tower offered absolutely stunning panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the historic rooftops below. Its impressive medieval architecture and well-preserved structure made it a highlight of our stroll. Be prepared for a good walk...and it was not bad as we took our time and did it slowly taking lots of pictures and videos.
