Amazing little reef with several turtles! It's mostly sand with some seagrass, and the turtles seem to like it. The actual reef is further over but early mornings and later in the afternoon seems to attract turtles here.

You will guaranteed see turtles, but the corals are very dead in the flat water. If you wanna see real corals you have to go far into the sea.

Attantion!
I went snorkeling on the Gili Islands by myself and had a wonderful experience swimming freely and observing sea turtles from a respectful distance. However, what I witnessed from organized snorkeling tours left me shocked and deeply saddened.
Tourists brought by boat were guided extremely close to the turtles — sometimes just 10 cm away. Many crowded around the animals, posing for photos with peace signs, some even touching them. Worst of all, I saw one tourist step directly onto a
