Exploring the tourist route in the basement of the Zamość Town Hall annexes is like entering another world. You descend the stairs, and the coolness of the stone walls envelops you like an invisible cloak. Every step echoes, reminding you that you are in a place that has seen so much. The guide is a living encyclopedia. She tells stories with such passion that you feel as if you were experiencing these events yourself. This isn't just a tour—it's a true journey through time.

The place itself is very average, but if you find a good guide, which we did, the lovely elderly lady told us the entire history of the city, practically from its founding. It takes about two hours, but with the participants' consent, we'd like a longer tour. The ticket is 20 PLN, but it's worth it and I recommend it. During the winter, entry is only at 2 PM. But be sure to check the website.

The tour itself would perhaps have been more interesting if the guide had focused more on the place we were visiting and less on politics. Mr. Waldek – more information about the place and less politics.

Calling this a 'tourist route' is a complete misnomer. There is no route. There are three rooms mostly filled with photos. You can see part of the canal, a well and a reconstructed prison cell. Not very thrilling.
The guide, miss Ewa, is great. She presents the history of Zamość in an interesting way and conveys many fascinating details. However, her stories are misplaced. All this storytelling should take place on a walk around the old walls, not while visiting three cellar rooms where you're

Perhaps the only attraction in this city that disappointed me. A quick tour of the town hall basement, where the only interesting features are the water supply canal, the cistern, and the well. There are also some memorabilia from the city's recent history, paintings, and diagrams. The guide was clearly in a hurry for another tour (she was open about it), so she only spent 40 minutes with us. Some reviews indicate a two-hour tour, so 40 minutes was disappointing, especially since most of the inf
