The tour was incredible, with beautiful views at a great price. I recommend getting off in the Santa Teresa neighborhood, exploring it, having a caipirinha, and then hopping on the next tram. An unforgettable experience.

For me, it's a must-see in Rio de Janeiro. It's also close enough to walk to other tourist spots, making it a great trip. Points to consider: The tram has a long wait time, but it has accessible options for people with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities.

Excellent tour! You have to wait about 30 minutes to get on and buy tickets, but once inside, the groups go through relatively quickly. It's a comprehensive tour of the Santa Teresa neighborhood, and there's also a great food district at one of the stops—perfect for exploring any day of your visit. If you're taking an Uber, just search "tram" on Google and the Uber will take you to the exact address! I hope this information is helpful. The whole tour takes about 40 minutes.

It's not worth taking the tram; you'll be waiting in line for two to three hours on cloudy days. The ride itself isn't that great. It's okay if you want to do something different on a day you can't go to the beach, but I wouldn't recommend it because of the long waits. Each car holds 32 people, and there are only two cars. One goes the short route, and the other goes the long route. You can get off at different stops and explore Santa Teresa. But I expected more from the tram.

It's a lovely walk with beautiful views. A guide to explain things or better signage is needed. The lines are horrendous, and the wait times are awful. And if you get off at one of the recommended stations, it takes ages for the tram to come back.
