This small park offers lots of seating, public bathrooms, shaded areas and ice cream to escape the Turkish summer heat, a few restaurants with comfortable seating, artists performing music and public art installations. Public art always grabs my attention! Mehmetcik Park, Republic Square and the Panoramic Elevator are sandwiched on either side of Tophanie Park
