Tongdee Elephant Camp

It was really nice time there. For 1.5h we were feeding, washing and putting mud on skin of elephant for 2000 baths (2 adults + child). After all activities there was also fruit dessert +water. Owners are not speaking English, but with hands and images we showed what we want. Elephant seems to have there good conditions to live. From minuses owners are offering riding (that we didn't take)

Absolutelly amazing time. Run by super friendly and honest family. Had a ride on 2 elephants hagled and got for 2000 baht for 2 kids and 2 adults for about 40 min ride. And extra 50baht for feeding (basket of bannanas) (Other camp next door asked 3500baht just for 20min ride). This camp have 2 elephants one of them named Tongdee, both as owner said about 40 years old and clever, have not seen to be touched with stick, they listen to voice commands and do as asked.
