This exhibit didn’t disappoint. I may have only gotten a very narrow insight into the history, stories, and cultures of the Aboriginals, but I didn’t walk away feeling like it. There were loads of artifacts and hands on experiences, videos telling stories and plenty of art to get a semblance of key elements that bear importance to the Aboriginal people. I think for me, the most interesting installation was right at the entrance. There was a wood-paneled map of the Southern coast of Victoria with

Lovely cultural center that shows the diversity of the clans' craftsmanship. They have collections of woodworking, basketry and woven goods, utilitarian and for beauty. They also have a collection of wonderful photos of families that show the diversity of today's peoples, with some of their stories. There is a beautiful presentation of their origins story at the beginning of the exhibit that is absolutely stunning.

Fantastic museum. One of the best in the nation. Wonderful displays and exhibitions. I particularly enjoyed the Blue Whale skeleton. The insect display and Phar Lap were also amazing. Very highly recommended
