forest in the middle of the KL City, suitable for hiking or trail running also mountain biking, summit is not so hard to reach, but i recommend you to bring GPX maps installed on your phone or your smartwatches, because there is so many intersection, u might get confused.
entrance fee is free here, no need permit, there is only one water source, sometimes this place is very humid, bring more water to hydrate.

A very good trail for regular hiking.

The trails are beautiful and challenging at the same time. Somehow the efforts of replanting plants has left plastic sheets on the hill. I urge dbkl to install proper signage and encourage hikers, cyclists to collect any trash they find during their respective walks and hikes or cycling. Lets take care of the place together

It is a gem right here in KL. If you need a break from the city buzz, this is your spot. It's super popular with hikers, joggers, and mountain bikers – loads of trails, from easy paved loops to proper jungle adventures. You can even find cool spots like the "Bamboo Eye"! It even has a few mini waterfall spots. It's not just for workouts though. The Taman Lembah Kiara area is perfect for picnics with its nice lawns and stream. Keep an eye out for monkeys (even though I haven't encountered so far)
