Sunday before 1 PM the entry is free for the garden and the museum. It is an absolute blast to stroll through both and I would gladly pay the admission free twice. The park smells so fresh!

Very beautiful and quiet place in the heart of the magnificent city of Lisboa. We enjoyed the garden a couple of hours before going to the airport. A good tip is that you can store at the entrance your luggage for free, just need a 1 euro coin to access the locker - you get it back when you open it. It stores small items like backpack, but it is usefull

4 star, because the japan garden is under conscruction (nobody work on, just closed and write, it's close). Nice, big green place on the city. Lot of peacock and duck. Enjoyable, and yes they cats too😻

This is a beautiful refuge within the city limits. It's not large though. If you visit on Sundays between 9 and 1 you receive free entry.
I kind of found it astonishing that there was not a gift shop or formal snack bar within the property.
There is a vendor that sells coffee and such on your way in.
It would be an improvement if the signage on the trees were updated to ensure all of the items are properly tagged.

We visited on a Sunday before 1pm and the entry was free. Otherwise it's 5 Euros. It seems that this little garden has not many funds to keep it in shape. So it feels a bit run down in places. But we enjoyed our visit.
