Peaceful quite place. Scenic but could have been better if there was snow. Unfortunately, it snow just very lightly for awhile when I was there. Nevertheless, I do enjoy my walk. It is located just across Copenhagen Zoo & a 40mins walk from city center.

The Botanical Garden in Copenhagen is a peaceful and beautifully maintained green escape in the heart of the city. Right at the entrance there’s a small shop where you can buy seed packets for growing various flowers, as well as peppers, tomatoes, and more. This time I didn’t visit the indoor greenhouse area, but I’d definitely love to explore it during my next visit. A wonderful spot for nature lovers and anyone looking to unwind.

We had such a great time exploring this botanical garden. What I love most is that the entrance is free if you don’t plan to go inside the glasshouse, which makes it very accessible for everyone to enjoy.

The plant biodiversity is truly impressive — from peaceful water lilies and lush greenery to carefully designed rock gardens and shaded woodland paths. Every corner feels thoughtfully maintained, and you can really sense the effort to create an environment where both plants and wildlife thrive

Lovely outdoor area which is free to access. The palm house and butterfly house cost about £8pp for a ticket. If you get one to the Natural History Museum I think it's included. Some of the areas are under renovation, still worth a visit.
