Best months to go are July and August when they have around 700 butterflies. But even now we can learn and enjoy. The small garden around and the café and playground make it a nice option to go with children.

Lovely garden, was able to see a few butterflies up close, they would fly onto our hands. The "borboletario" was closed as it's a bank holiday today

Wonderfully quiet place. Nice, helpful guide. Come early in the morning and preferably in spring or early September to see beautiful butterflies.

This greenhouse offers a perfect habitat for butterfly reproduction, though it is quite small, only a few meters long. It is well-organized, providing ample information about the butterflies and their host plants. The greenhouse is well-preserved and maintained, making it a pleasant visit. However, the number of butterflies visible can vary depending on the time of day and season, so don’t be surprised if there are only a few active at certain times.
