The museum is fascinating! Honestly, I’m not into sculpture that much, but still the i spent a whale of time there. Right now there is a story quest about women in history, different types of love and masculinity, I followed the map and read stories about women and men throughout the human history. Moreover, there is a room dedicated to meditation, so I grabbed a cushion and meditated. It was truly pure and inspiring.

Depending on which part of art you are interested in, this museum mostly contains sculpture art, numismatics and medalions. Also great for those who are into catholic sculptures and religion.

Nice museum, a lot of religious art and sculptures, great coin collection. One of the few museums that shows how sculptures were made in the Middle Ages and renaissance. Also if you’re into Byzantine stuff, you’ll be in heaven.

Visited the Bode-Museum Café… it’s above the entrance. With a beautiful staircase. They have a selection of drinks and cakes. It’s a total different atmosphere compared to normal cafés. You feel like you are a sophisticated space!

No need to get a ticket If you are just visiting the café.
