A shining powerhouse of Rajasthani art and cultural symbolism in the north of Udaipur. Visited mid-October 2025. Stumbled upon this gem by accident, and it was a worthy detour. The staff is polite and professional, guarding a vast and well-presented collection of folk heritage. The puppet show was brief but worthwhile. Note that a fair amount of stair climbing is involved, so prepare accordingly. A well-stacked store for light shopping is situated at the rear of the museum building. Highly recom

This is a very nice place for tourists who are interested in Rajasthani puppet dance and folk culture 🎶🪆 The puppet dance show happens every 10 minutes, so you can easily watch it without long waiting. The performance gives a true feeling of Rajasthan and its tradition 🪔✨ The entry ticket price is reasonable, just Rs. 90/- per person, not expensive at all 👍 Children will enjoy the show very much 😄 and they also have a small museum showing Indian culture and history, which is good for learning 🏛️
