The palace belonged to the noble Beskuca family, was built in the early 18th century and is a typical example of the Baroque palaces of the Kotorka Valley. Kotor has a beautiful old town with many restaurants. But be careful: don't let yourself be persuaded to buy overpriced fake luxury items in the numerous shops. Unless you're into that sort of thing. There's a market just outside the old town gates. There you can buy fruit, vegetables, figs, walnuts, cheese, and sausages. Also worth mentioning are the solar-powered benches where you can charge your phone or iPad for free using your charger. Totally ingenious.
