Absolutely worth a visit, intended to stay for 1-2 hours and got lost among the exhibits for 5. Curators posed some very important reflective questions, especially in the current global landscape. The structure was brilliant, audio guide helpful but not needed (posters, plaques and images powerful alone) and being able to stand among the underground bunker as it were in '45 was chilling. Well linked to subway for easy access, free wardrobe for coats/bags and staff were very friendly. Highly reco

This is a must do if you are visiting Berlin. It takes you through the history, never mind being and actual bunker build during ww2. Visit!! You won’t regret it

Very well done! Highly recommend. Definitely give yourself several hours though if you want to read all the boards. Alternatively, if you just listen to the audio and look at the pictures, you can probably make it in an hour.

Did a great job of putting together the "how/why could this happen" linking some pieces I'd never heard as an American.

I highly recommend visiting this place. It’s not just a sombre reminder of what we once were, and what we must avoid becoming again. There is a great deal of sadness that history tells, and is highly educational. Tells the history story in a real bunker once used in the war. Replays the events from end to end. Visit to remember and pay homage to those that lost their lives.

Such a wonderful place. Try to get there when they open. They have free lockers for your bags and small backpack. The price includes the audio guide. The guide gives you general information about the rooms you walk into, however the articles are other documents take a while longer to get through. Allocate about 3 hours to get through the whole process. Don't forget to go all the way to to the basement and see the actual bunker were 1000's of people escaped the bombing.
